A gentle reminder about the Summer meeting which is now less than two months away.
This is a very enjoyable (depending on the quality of your golf!) day out for all members of the Society. You can choose to play 18 or 36 holes and there is lunch available for those that can make it.
As with last year, you can choose who you play with so feel free to extend the invitation out to those OWs who would enjoy a Friday out at The Berkshire.
Numbers are looking healthy again (over 30 signed up on last count) with a wide variety of age and ability.
The cost of the day would normally be £80 or £125 including lunch for 18 or 36 holes respectively. However, the Society is generously subsidising the day so that the cost is per the below (for the day including lunch):
£35 for students for the day
£45 for under 25s for the day
£65 for under 30s for the day
£80 for everyone else
The one criteria is that that they need to be signed up members of the OWGS to be eligible – the subscription is £30 per annum taken in September.
